Acting towards the edge of reason, or relinquishing your dependency on a familiar structure of knowledge can enable an independent experience of art. The exhibition will bring together artists who both speak about the conditions of knowledge, and those who openly circumvent established traditions. Whilst examining the limits of our comprehension, the artworks in the exhibition also attempt to take the viewer to a place which is unhinged from the comfort of familiar knowledge, and asks the spectator to activate their own experience.

'…(N)onknowledge: that which results from every proposition when we are looking to go to the fundamental depths of its content, and which makes us uneasy.' Georges Bataille
